The West Iron County Wykons basketball team (Iron River, MI), was overwhelmed 66-33 in Monday's league battle with the host Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI)
The Bulldogs now possess a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Houghton for a Western Peninsula battle on Thursday, February 9. Hancock will battle a Gremlins team coming off a 66-50 non-league win over Marquette (Marquette, MI). The Gremlins record now stands at 14-1.
The Wykons (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Forest Park (Crystal Falls, MI). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record.
