South Dakota High School Basketball - Kadoka knocked off by Jones County

The Jones County Coyotes basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Kadoka Kougars to 39 in the Coyotes league triumph on Monday.

The Coyotes now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Philip for a B Region 7 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Jones County will battle a Scotties team coming off a 67-64 non-league win over Highmore/Harrold (Highmore, SD). The Scotties record now stands at 7-8.

The Kougars (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Todd County (Mission, SD). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Todd County was defeated by Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD), 61-45, in a non-league contest.
