The Sacred Heart Irish (Falls City, NE) basketball crushed the host Lewiston Tigers (Lewiston, NE), 56-32 in Monday's league test.
The Irish (19-3) will now prepare for their test against Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 11-10 record. In their last test, Weeping Water was trounced by Lincoln Christian (Lincoln, NE), 60-23, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Southern for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Lewiston will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 45-28 league loss to Diller-Odell (Odell, NE). The Raiders record now stands at 8-11.
