The Reservoir 'Gators (Fulton, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting Long Reach Lightning (Columbia, MD), 36-26 in Monday's league test.
The 'Gators (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The go into the non-league test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, Marriotts Ridge went down by River Hill (Clarksville, MD), 53-34, in a non-league test.
The Lightning now own a 3-15 record. They play next when they travel to Centennial for a Howard County test on Wednesday, February 8. Long Reach will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 59-25 league loss to Hammond (Columbia, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 4-10.
