Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA), 63-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Page County upgrades its record to 11-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to East Rockingham (Elkton, VA) to play the Eagles in a Bull Run bout on Friday, February 10. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 8-13. East Rockingham lost 44-34 in their recent league bout against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA)

Next up, the Generals play the Madison County Mountaineers (Madison, VA) in a Bull Run bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 4-17 season record. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a 3-17 record after their 50-35 league loss to Clarke County (Berryville, VA).
