Tatnall Hornets (Wilmington, DE) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE), 45-16 in a league bout.

With the victory, Tatnall upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE) to play the Hillers in a Independent Schools bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Hillers come into the bout with a record of 6-3.

Next up, the Cardinals play the Red Lion Christian Academy Lions (Bear, DE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. St. Andrew's will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 68-24 league win over Newark Charter School (Newark, DE).
