The Chilhowie Warriors basketball team scored 29 points and held the host Holston Cavaliers to 13 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.
The Warriors now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rural Retreat for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Chilhowie will meet a Indians team coming off a 27-10 non-league win over Northwood (Saltville, VA). The Indians record now stands at 11-6.
The Cavaliers (2-18) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Saltville, VA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 0-13 record. In their last contest, Northwood was outscored by Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA), 27-10, in a non-league contest.
