Virginia High School Basketball - Holston can't hold off Chilhowie

The Chilhowie Warriors basketball team scored 27 points and held the host Holston Cavaliers to 24 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.
The Warriors now sport a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rural Retreat for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Chilhowie will battle a Indians team coming off a 42-37 non-league loss to Northwood (Saltville, VA). The Indians record now stands at 4-17.
The Cavaliers (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Saltville, VA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Northwood nudged Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA), 42-37, in a non-league contest.
