The Ridgeview Wolfpack basketball team (Clintwood, VA), was toppled 68-49 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Abingdon Falcons (Abingdon, VA)
The Falcons now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lee for a Mountain battle on Thursday, February 8. Abingdon will confront a Generals team coming off a 66-56 non-league loss to Rye Cove (Clinchport, VA). The Generals record now stands at 2-17.
The Wolfpack (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against Central Wise (Norton, VA). The Warriors come into the Mountain battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Central Wise beat John Battle (Bristol, VA), 56-54, in a league battle.
