The Minuteman Regional Minuteman (Lexington, MA) basketball nipped the host Academy of Notre Dame Lancers (Tyngsborough, MA), 65-60 in Tuesday's league test.
The Minuteman (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA). The Eagles go into the Commonwealth - Lower test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Mystic Valley Regional was tipped by Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA), 70-52, in a league test.
The Lancers now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Collegiate Charter School of Lowell for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Academy of Notre Dame will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 66-47 non-league loss to Tech Boston Academy/Dorchester Academy/Muniz Academy (Dorchester, MA). The Wolves record now stands at 12-6.
