The Airline Vikings (Bossier City, LA) basketball nipped the host Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA), 55-52 in Tuesday's league test.

The Vikings (17-11) will now prepare for their test against Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Cowboys go into the 5A District 1 test with a 22-8 record. In their last test, Southwood got by Byrd (Shreveport, LA), 68-42, in a league test.

The Chiefs now own a 23-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hicks for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8.
