The Hand Tigers (Madison, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT), 65-43 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Tigers (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT). The Governors go into the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Wilbur Cross walloped Branford (Branford, CT), 95-55, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host East Haven for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Amity Regional will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 53-38 league win over Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 13-3.
