In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Burrell Bucs basketball team scored a decisive 65-31 triumph over the Apollo Ridge Vikings.
In their next game, the Bucs meet the Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 3 match, on Friday, February 9. Burrell will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 5-13 record after their 81-62 league loss to Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA).
With the defeat, Apollo Ridge moves to 2-20 on the year.
