South Carolina High School Basketball - Baptist Hill knocked off by Burke

The Burke Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Baptist Hill Bobcats to 45 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charleston Math & Science for a A Region 8 contest on Friday, February 9. Burke will battle a Riptide team coming off a 52-33 league win over Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC). The Riptide record now stands at 12-11.
The Bobcats (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Military Magnet Academy (North Charleston, SC). The Eagles enter the A Region 8 contest with a 9-16 record. In their last contest, Military Magnet Academy ran past St. John's (John's Island, SC), 69-57, in a league contest.
