Belgreen Bulldogs (Russellville, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hackleburg Panthers (Hackleburg, AL), 45-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Belgreen upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Lynn (Lynn, AL) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 15-7. Lynn lost 75-59 in their recent non-league bout against Marion County (Guin, AL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Hackleburg will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Red Raiders come into the bout with a 23-8 record after their 75-59 non-league win over Lynn (Lynn, AL).
