The Claremore Zebras (Claremore, OK) basketball knocked off the visiting Bishop Kelley Comets (Tulsa, OK), 62-45 in Tuesday's league contest.
The Zebras now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grove for a 5A District 3 contest on Friday, February 9. Claremore will battle a Ridgerunners team coming off a 49-32 league win over Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Ridgerunners record now stands at 4-14.
The Comets (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK). The Hornets enter the 5A District 3 contest with a 17-1 record. In their last contest, Booker T. Washington ran past Collinsville (Collinsville, OK), 56-53, in a league contest.
