The Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD), 87-54 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cougars (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Linganore (Frederick, MD). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Linganore walloped North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD), 55-54, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 3-16 record. They play next when they host North Hagerstown for a CMC test on Friday, February 9. Boonsboro will encounter a Hubs squad coming off a 55-54 league loss to Linganore (Frederick, MD). The Hubs record now stands at 11-8.
