Borden County Coyotes (Gail, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wilson Mustangs (Wilson, TX), 70-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Borden County upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Coyotes host Crosbyton (Crosbyton, TX) to play the Chiefs in a 1A Region I District 6 bout on Friday, February 9. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 6-9.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Southland Eagles (Southland, TX) in a 1A Region I District 6 bout, on Friday, February 9. Wilson will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record.
