Texas High School Basketball - Boswell can't hold off Weatherford

The Weatherford Kangaroos basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Boswell Pioneers to 43 in the Kangaroos league triumph on Tuesday.
The Kangaroos now sport a 17-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity for a 6A Region I District 3 contest on Friday, February 9. Weatherford will battle a Trojans team coming off a 68-43 league win over Crowley (Crowley, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 6-21.
The Pioneers (15-16) will now prepare for their contest against Crowley (Crowley, TX). The Eagles enter the 6A Region I District 3 contest with a 11-17 record. In their last contest, Crowley was nudged by Trinity (Euless, TX), 68-43, in a league contest.
