The Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX), 52-45 in Tuesday's league test.

The Buckaroos (14-16) will now prepare for their test against Millsap (Millsap, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region I District 8 test with a 6-23 record. In their last test, Millsap was tipped by Brock (Brock, TX), 70-36, in a league test.

The Greyhounds now own a 19-11 record. They play next when they travel to Comanche for a 3A Region I District 8 outing on Friday, February 9. Peaster will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 38-35 league win over Early (Early, TX). The Indians record now stands at 15-13.
