Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA), 94-70 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fort Defiance upgrades its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Indians host Staunton (Staunton, VA) to play the Storm in a Shenandoah bout on Friday, February 9. The Storm come into the bout with a record of 14-6. Staunton won 67-54 in their recent league bout against Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA)

Next up, the Bison play the Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA) in a Shenandoah bout, on Friday, February 9. Buffalo Gap will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Gladiators come into the bout with a 5-17 record after their 53-52 league loss to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA).
