South Carolina High School Basketball - Ridge Spring-Monetta topped by Calhoun County

February 6, 2024: Monetta, SC 29105

The Calhoun County Saints basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans to 47 in the Saints league victory on Tuesday.

The Saints now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Williston-Elko for a A Region 4 contest on Thursday, February 8. Calhoun County will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 77-70 league win over Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-9.

The Trojans (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC). The Trojans come into the A Region 4 contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Hunter-Kinard-Tyler dropped by Williston-Elko (Williston, SC), 77-70, in a league contest.
