The Castor Tigers basketball team (Castor, LA), was nudged 56-55 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA)
The Panthers now possess a 20-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quitman for a B District 1 battle on Thursday, February 8. Doyline will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 72-53 league win over Weston (Jonesboro, LA). The Wolverines record now stands at 20-8.
The Tigers (11-16) will now prepare for their battle against Weston (Jonesboro, LA). The Wolves come into the B District 1 battle with a 14-14 record. In their last battle, Weston was nudged by Quitman (Quitman, LA), 72-53, in a league battle.
