In Tuesday's league outing, the Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs (North Little Rock, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lamar Warriors (Lamar, AR), by a count of 67-46.
The Mustangs (21-3) will now prepare for their outing against Baptist Prep (Little Rock, AR). The Eagles go into the 3A Region 5 outing with a 1-21 record. In their last outing, Baptist Prep was crushed by Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR), 68-35, in a league match.
With the defeat, Lamar moves to 20-9 on the year. The Warriors host Mayflower (Mayflower, AR) to face the Eagles in a 3A Region 5 match on Thursday, February 8. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 13-12. Mayflower won 73-42 in their recent league match against Perryville (Perryville, AR)
