The Largo Lions routed the visiting Central Falcons basketball team by a final score of 73-40 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A game, on Thursday, February 8. Largo will attempt to move on its 16-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 6-9 record after their 54-53 league win over Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD).

With the defeat, Central moves to 7-11 on the year. The Falcons host Friendly (Fort Washington, MD) to face the Patriots in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A game on Thursday, February 8.
