With the victory, Conway Springs upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, KS) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 5-12. Belle Plaine lost 88-36 in their recent non-league bout against Cheney (Cheney, KS)

Next up, the Roadrunners play the Independent Panthers (Wichita, KS) in a Central Plains bout, on Friday, February 9. Chaparral will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 59-56 non-league loss to Garden Plain (Garden Plain, KS).
