Nevada High School Basketball - Douglas knocked off by Damonte Ranch

February 6, 2024: Minden, NV 89423

The Damonte Ranch Mustangs basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Douglas Tigers to 56 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Galena for a 4A Northern contest on Friday, February 9. Damonte Ranch will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 83-67 league loss to Reed (Sparks, NV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 12-13.

The Tigers (7-18) will now prepare for their contest against Carson (Carson City, NV). The Senators enter the 4A Northern contest with a 4-20 record. In their last contest, Carson was defeated by Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV), 64-22, in a league contest.
