Texas High School Basketball - Deweyville overwhelmed by West Hardin

The West Hardin Oilers basketball team scored 88 points and restricted the host Deweyville Pirates to 30 in the Oilers league victory on Tuesday.
The Oilers now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sabine Pass for a 2A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, February 13. West Hardin will battle a Sharks team coming off a 55-50 league loss to Big Sandy (Dallardsville, TX). The Sharks record now stands at 17-10.
The Pirates (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Rebels come into the 2A Region IV District 25 contest with a 22-12 record. In their last contest, Evadale triumphed over Sabine Pass (Sabine Pass, TX), 71-44, in a league contest.
