The Pershing Doughboys basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting East English Village Prep to 73 in the Doughboys non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Doughboys now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western International for a Detroit Public I contest on Friday, February 9. Pershing will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 62-53 non-league win over Central (Detroit, MI). The Cowboys record now stands at 9-7.
The (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against American International Academy (Inkster, MI). The come into the non-league contest with a 6-10 record.
