North Carolina High School Basketball - East Wake Academy topples Raleigh Charter

February 6, 2024: Zebulon, NC 27597

In Tuesday's league outing, the East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC), by a margin of 55-46.

The Eagles (11-11) will now prepare for their outing against Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC). The Raptors go into the 1A/2A Super Six outing with a 6-11 record. In their last outing, Research Triangle was topped by NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC), 52-40, in a league outing.

The Phoenix now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host NCSSM: Durham for a 1A/2A Super Six outing on Friday, February 9. Raleigh Charter will clash with a Unicorns squad coming off a 52-40 league win over Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC). The Unicorns record now stands at 9-10.
