The Farmington Tigers basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Eastview Lightning to 34 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eagan for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Farmington will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 50-44 non-league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-8.
The Lightning (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Shakopee (Shakopee, MN). The Sabers enter the non-league contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Shakopee triumphed over Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN), 83-60, in a non-league contest.
