Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), 42-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Fenton upgrades its record to 24-4 on the season. The Bison host West Chicago (West Chicago, IL) to play the Wildcats in a Upstate Eight bout on Friday, February 9. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-21. West Chicago won 51-34 in their recent league bout against Elgin (Elgin, IL)

Next up, the Storm play the Aurora East Tomcats (Aurora, IL) in a Upstate Eight bout, on Friday, February 9. South Elgin will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record. The Tomcats go into the bout with a 8-18 record after their 62-49 league win over West Chicago (West Chicago, IL).
