Michigan High School Basketball - Leland ripped by Glen Lake

The Glen Lake Lakers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Leland Comets to 25 in the Lakers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lakers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Onekama for a Northwest contest on Thursday, February 8. Glen Lake will meet a Portagers team coming off a 64-50 league win over Suttons Bay (Suttons Bay, MI). The Portagers record now stands at 10-7.
The Comets (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI). The Huskies enter the Northwest contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Benzie Central triumphed over Frankfort (Frankfort, MI), 53-39, in a league contest.
