The Glen Rose Tigers basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees to 30 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 18-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brownwood for a 4A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, February 9. Glen Rose will battle a Lions team coming off a 52-39 league loss to Stephenville (Stephenville, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-22.

The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees (16-15) will now prepare for their contest against Mineral Wells (Mineral Wells, TX). The Rams come into the 4A Region I District 6 contest with a 7-26 record. In their last contest, Mineral Wells was defeated by Graham (Graham, TX), 56-50, in a league contest.
