The Triton Mustangs basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Highland Regional Tartans to 53 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deptford for a Tri-County - Liberty contest on Thursday, February 8. Triton will battle a Spartans team coming off a 67-50 league loss to Delsea (Franklinville, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 10-10.

The Tartans (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Timber Creek Regional prevailed over Cumberland (Seabrook, NJ), 86-60, in a non-league contest.
