The Liberty Eagles (Mountain View, MO) basketball crushed the visiting Houston Tigers (Houston, MO), 62-36 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eagles (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Thayer (Thayer, MO). The Bobcats go into the South Central test with a 13-6 record.

The Tigers now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Cabool for a South Central test on Friday, February 9. Houston will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 72-65 league win over Mountain Grove (Mountain Grove, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-7.
