In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Washington-Wilkes Tigers basketball team scored a tight 54-48 triumph over the Lake Oconee Academy Titans.
In their next game, the Tigers meet the Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA) in a A D2 Region 8 match, on Friday, February 9. Washington-Wilkes will attempt to better on its 7-13 season record.
