The West Platte Bluejays got by the host Lathrop Mules basketball squad by a tally of 53-51 in Tuesday's league challenge.

With the victory, West Platte improves its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Bluejays host East Buchanan (Gower, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a KCI challenge on Friday, February 9. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 14-7. East Buchanan won 60-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Savannah (Savannah, MO)

Next up, the Mules confront the South Harrison Bulldogs (Bethany, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Lathrop will attempt to improve on its 4-17 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 4-13 record after their 55-33 league win over Stanberry (Stanberry, MO).
