Arkansas High School Basketball - Magazine knocked off by Mansfield

The Mansfield Tigers basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Magazine Rattlers to 53 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountainburg for a 2A Region 4 contest on Friday, February 9. Mansfield will battle a Dragons team coming off a 57-50 non-league loss to Union Christian Academy (Fort Smith, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 13-9.
The Rattlers (7-21) will now prepare for their contest against Lavaca (Lavaca, AR). The Golden Arrows enter the 2A Region 4 contest with a 18-9 record. In their last contest, Lavaca ran past Hector (Hector, AR), 46-44, in a league contest.
