The Mammoth Spring Bears basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Salem Greyhounds to 55 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bears now sport a 23-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Mammoth Spring will meet a Rebels team coming off a 49-45 non-league loss to Hillcrest (Strawberry, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 25-8.
The Greyhounds (3-19) will now prepare for their contest against Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 27-8 record. In their last contest, Sloan-Hendrix ran past Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR), 62-43, in a non-league contest.
