Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mona Shores Sailors (Norton Shores, MI), 69-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Muskegon upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Big Reds travel to Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI) to play the Rockets in a Ottawa-Kent - Green bout on Friday, February 9. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Reeths-Puffer won 67-64 in their recent league bout against Holland (Holland, MI)

Next up, the Sailors play the Holland Dutch (Holland, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Green bout, on Friday, February 9. Mona Shores will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Dutch go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 67-64 league loss to Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI).
