The Bearcats (16-7) will now prepare for their outing against Bosqueville (Waco, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region III District 17 outing with a 13-18 record. In their last outing, Bosqueville was tipped by Rosebud-Lott (Rosebud, TX), 41-36, in a league outing.

The Cougars now own a 8-15 record. They play next when they host Bruceville-Eddy for a 2A Region III District 17 outing on Friday, February 9. Rosebud-Lott will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 42-40 league loss to Crawford (Crawford, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-18.
