The Morris Knolls Golden Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Mount Olive Marauders to 44 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morris Hills for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Morris Knolls will battle a Knights team coming off a 40-25 non-league win over Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 13-7.
The Marauders (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Gaels come into the non-league contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Roxbury prevailed over Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ), 51-44, in a non-league contest.
