Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host University Eagles (Ferndale, MI), 68-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Oxford upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Berkley (Berkley, MI) to play the Bears in a Oakland - Blue bout on Friday, February 9. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Berkley won 41-37 in their recent league bout against Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Rochester Falcons (Rochester Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. University will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 3-15 record after their 58-45 league loss to Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI).
