In Tuesday's league outing, the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV), by a margin of 60-25.

The Mustangs (9-15) will now prepare for their outing against Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV). The Bighorns go into the 2A Northern outing with a 9-15 record. In their last outing, Oasis Academy was trounced by North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA), 47-37, in a league outing.

The Nighthawks now own a 0-20 record. They play next when they host Yerington for a 2A Northern outing on Saturday, February 10.
