St. Patrick Shamrocks (Portland, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Potterville Vikings (Potterville, MI), 50-43 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Patrick upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Shamrocks travel to Perry (Perry, MI) to play the Ramblers in a Central Michigan bout on Thursday, February 8. The Ramblers go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Perry lost 66-47 in their recent league bout against Laingsburg (Laingsburg, MI)

Next up, the Vikings play the Fowler Eagles (Fowler, MI) in a Central Michigan bout, on Thursday, February 8. Potterville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 11-7 record after their 70-62 league loss to Pewamo-Westphalia (Pewamo, MI).
