The Ridgewood Maroons basketball team (Ridgewood, NJ), was toppled 59-41 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ)

The Raiders now possess a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hackensack for a Big North - National battle on Thursday, February 8. Ramapo will confront a Comets team coming off a 60-38 non-league win over Paramus (Paramus, NJ). The Comets record now stands at 10-12.

The Maroons (14-6) will now prepare for their battle against Union City (Union City, NJ). The Soaring Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 11-11 record. In their last battle, Union City beat North Bergen (North Bergen, NJ), 56-52, in a league battle.
