The Three Rivers Bulldogs (Three Rivers, TX) basketball knocked off the host Refugio Bobcats (Refugio, TX), 58-44 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (15-10) will now prepare for their test against Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX). The Bobcats go into the 2A Region IV District 31 test with a 23-5 record. In their last test, Skidmore-Tynan notched a victory over Yorktown (Yorktown, TX), 66-31, in a league test.
The Bobcats now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Kenedy for a 2A Region IV District 31 test on Friday, February 9. Refugio will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 54-44 league win over Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX). The Lions record now stands at 17-10.
