North Carolina High School Basketball - Southwest Onslow routs South Lenoir

In Tuesday's league outing, the Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), by a count of 76-49.

The Stallions (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs go into the 2A East Central outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Wallace-Rose Hill smashed Clinton (Clinton, NC), 62-44, in a non-league outing.

The Blue Devils now hold a 3-17 record. They play next when they host East Duplin for a 2A East Central outing on Friday, February 9. South Lenoir will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 51-39 league loss to North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-18.
