Vandebilt Catholic Terriers (Houma, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA), 79-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Vandebilt Catholic upgrades its record to 23-2 on the season. The Terriers host Destrehan (Destrehan, LA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 8. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-26. Destrehan lost 80-63 in their recent league bout against Terrebonne (Houma, LA)

Next up, the Gators clash with the Morgan City Tigers (Morgan City, LA) in a 4A District 7 bout, on Friday, February 9. South Terrebonne will attempt to upgrade on its 3-17 season record.
